The front desk staff while checking in and out were excellent, Very friendly and knowledgeable about the city and general info. The rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. The hotel is on a busy road but the building is set far enough back the the traffic noise doesn't affect the hotel. I would gladly stay there again.

The comforters were very soft. Staff was nice. Continental breakfast was very helpful before going out. Pet friendly. Felt our car was safe since it was parked by our patio and we can see it. Fridge helpful for insulin and leftover food. Microwave useful and so was the Keurig coffee machine.

The desk staff was super friendly and polite. Even came round and opened front door for us when we brought in our luggagge. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection and was good. Hotel is dated and in need of cosmetic repairs. But didn't bother us especially at the great price.

The Hotel was Clean and Comfortable, a Fridge and Microwave was provided and was appreciated. Also breakfast was provided and appreciated.

Breakfast had a good selection. Lots of room to sit. Best location possible. There are several restaurants within walking distance, several fast food and a mall. Just down the road is a bowling alley.

Room was spacious, with a nice tile floor with no carpet. Free breakfast, close to markets and food like Walmart, dominoes, etc. Less than 30 minutes to niagrafalls.

Modern and clean rooms and bathroom. My room; with large sofa Pretty well soundproofed unless I had quiet neighbors? Comfortable bed and pillows. Large mini fridge with freezer space. Window-doors giving access to the car to take out the suitcases (ground floor). Hard floors, no carpet. Breakfast (very basic )was advanced from 7 to 6:30 Thank you

The property is close to many amenities and it is enough in the town so that you feel safe. You can either buy groceries or visit several restaurants varying in price range nearby. The town of Welland is so tucked away yet so accessible and close enough to Niagra Falls so you can enjoy both.

I had accidentally booked for the wrong day. Valentina worked hard to change the day and arrange accommodations for the date I needed. Exceptional, she went above and beyond what would have been expected. I was also surprised by the breakfast selection and the coffee was good.

The staff are very friendly, especially when we checked in. Beds are super comfortable and temperature is able to be adjusted as you wish.
